If you are a business administrator
- Sign in to the FacePass panel as an administrator.
- Open My Profile from the account menu and choose Delete business (or Delete my account to remove only your own account), then confirm with your password.
- A 72-hour grace period starts. During it you can restore the account, and you can download an archive of your data (employees, branches, attendance, settings and more as files).
- After the grace period the business, its terminals, face data, photos, attendance and files are permanently removed. Short-lived backups age out on their normal schedule.
You can export your data at any time, without deleting anything, with the Export my data button on My Profile.
If you are an employee
Using FaceConnect? See what you can do and who decides about your FaceConnect data.
Your face data and attendance are controlled by your employer. Ask your administrator to remove your profile; this deletes your face photos and templates from the service. If you cannot reach them, write to us at hello@ajaxter.co with your employer's name and we will pass the request on and help it through.
If you are a visitor
Ask the guard to remove your saved face. The request goes to the business's administrator, who approves or rejects it, and you can withdraw it until it is decided. For other visitor details, ask the business you visited, or write to us.
Uninstalling the apps
Removing the FacePass app from a terminal deletes the data stored on that device; removing FaceConnect from a phone signs the employee out and deletes what the app kept on that phone (ask your administrator to remove your app access too). Records that had not yet synced are lost when the app is removed, so let the terminal finish syncing first. Uninstalling does not delete data already held on the server; use the steps above for that.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hello@ajaxter.co from the e-mail address the business registered with, and tell us the Tenant ID if you know it. We will verify the request before acting on it.
