An Android phone or tablet with a front camera for each gate, an internet connection for setup, and a FacePass business account. Registration takes a few minutes, and the panel works in any modern browser.

Yes. Faces are matched on the device and every scan is stored locally first. The terminal uploads the records automatically in batches when the connection returns, and duplicates are never created.

FacePass runs an anti-spoof model and a blink check to make that much harder. No face system is perfectly spoof-proof, so we recommend placing the terminal where a guard or camera can see it and testing it on your own hardware and lighting.

Each business has its own isolated space identified by a Tenant ID. Face data and photos are encrypted at rest. The FacePass team sees counts and status for support, never employee names, photos or attendance.

There is no fixed limit in the software. Businesses run many branches and terminals, and employee lists of thousands of people are imported in parts. Ask us about very large deployments.

If you allow it, a guard can search for the employee and record attendance manually. These entries are labelled and appear in the audit trail.

Block or erase it from the panel. A blocked terminal stops working at once, and an erase order removes the data from the device after any waiting attendance has been uploaded.

Yes. You can export your data at any time. A deletion request has a 72-hour grace period, during which you can cancel it or download an archive of everything.

FaceConnect is the employee's own Android app. FacePass is the terminal at the gate and the panel for administrators. They share one business (the Tenant ID): a visitor registered at the terminal rings the employee in FaceConnect, the employee's answer comes back to the terminal at once, and attendance marked in FaceConnect appears in the same panel.

The administrator gives the employee app access in the panel, which makes an activation code. The employee installs FaceConnect, enters the Tenant ID, employee code and activation code, and chooses a PIN. Access can be removed in the panel at any time.

Yes. An employee can create a one-time invite code in FaceConnect for an expected guest. The guard checks the guest in with the code, and a guard can also let a visitor in by hand when the employee cannot be reached, with a reason.

Only when the administrator turns it on for them and sets the places (a circle on the map for a branch). The phone checks the face and sends the location; the server decides, and every such record is labelled as a location record.

E-mail, Telegram and WhatsApp (through Meta or Twilio). You choose the rules: on every IN and OUT, when a day is complete, a daily or monthly summary, and who gets them: the employee, the administrators or people you list. E-mail can go through your own mail server.

Yes. The visitor asks the guard, the request goes to your administrator, and the face is removed when it is approved. The visitor can withdraw the request until it is decided.

Switch on maintenance mode. Terminals and every employee's FaceConnect show a full-screen notice and stop until you switch it off. Records already saved on terminals are kept and upload afterwards.
