Simple for staff. Solid underneath.
Five steps get a branch running, and a short pipeline turns every glance at the camera into a trustworthy record.
Create your business
Register your business and receive a private Tenant ID. Add branches, shifts and your team in the panel - or import them from Excel.
Pair a terminal
Install FacePass on an Android phone or tablet, enter the activation code shown by the panel, and the terminal joins the right branch.
Enrol faces
Register each person in under a minute on the terminal itself. The app checks quality and liveness so templates are reliable.
Mark attendance
People simply look at the camera. IN and OUT are decided by shift, saved on the device, and synced to the panel as soon as there is a connection.
Review and act
Open the dashboard, correct a missing OUT, export to Excel, and use the audit log to see who changed what and when.
What happens in front of the camera
Detect
The camera finds up to three faces and tracks each one.
Check quality
Blur, light, closed eyes, sunglasses and head coverings are checked.
Check it is alive
An anti-spoof model and a blink check help rule out photos and screens.
Decide IN or OUT
The person's shift and recent scans decide the type of record.
Save and sync
The record is stored on the device first, then uploaded in batches.
Recognition quality depends on the camera and the lighting. We recommend testing FacePass on your own terminals before relying on it, and keeping a guard or camera near the gate.
How FacePass and FaceConnect work together
The terminal at the gate, the app in your pocket and the panel on the desk all share one business, so what happens in one place shows up in the others straight away.
- 1
One business, one Tenant ID
The administrator adds people in the panel and gives each employee app access: a one-time activation code. The employee opens FaceConnect, enters the Tenant ID, the employee code, the code and a PIN of their own, and is connected to the same business as the terminal.
- 2
A visitor arrives
At the gate the guard registers the visitor on the FacePass terminal (or the visitor fills the form from a QR code) and picks the employee to meet.
- 3
The employee's phone rings
The request reaches that employee's FaceConnect and rings like a call, even when the app is closed. The employee approves or rejects.
- 4
The gate knows at once
The answer returns to the guard's terminal, which lets the visitor in or turns them away. Every step is kept in the visitor log of the panel.
- 5
Invited in advance
An employee can make an invite code in FaceConnect. The visitor shows it at the gate and the guard checks them in without waiting.
- 6
Attendance away from the gate
Where the administrator allows it, employees mark attendance in FaceConnect with their face and location. These records land in the same panel and follow the same shifts as the terminal.
- 7
The panel keeps everyone informed
Attendance messages go by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp as the rules say, and an employee connects their Telegram from FaceConnect. Maintenance and support work across both apps.
