Staff walk up, the terminal recognises the face and records IN or OUT in moments. Up to three people can be recognised in one frame, so queues do not form at the gate.
The Android terminal marks attendance and admits visitors, FaceConnect puts the employee in the loop, and the web panel manages people, shifts, branches and reports. Together they keep every record accurate, private and easy to audit.
Staff walk up, the terminal recognises the face and records IN or OUT in moments. Up to three people can be recognised in one frame, so queues do not form at the gate.
Faces are matched on the device and every record is saved safely first. When the connection returns, attendance uploads in batches and nothing is lost or counted twice.
A short, friendly capture - look straight, smile, blink - enrols a person right on the terminal. Quality checks reject blurry or poorly lit samples before they are saved.
If a face cannot be read, a guard can search the employee and mark attendance by hand, when your policy allows it. Every manual record is clearly marked.
A spoken welcome, a beep and a vibration confirm every scan, with a different sound when attendance could not be recorded, so nobody has to read the screen.
Release builds refuse to run on rooted or debug-enabled devices and block screenshots. An administrator PIN protects settings, and the terminal can run as a dedicated kiosk.
The spoken welcome can follow the language set on the terminal, so it sounds natural to the people standing in front of it.
Scan an employee's ID card barcode or QR code, and the camera then confirms the face automatically for attendance, one step after another.
A guard can change an IN to an OUT or remove a mistaken record within four hours of the scan. Nothing is deleted: the record is flagged with who changed it and what it was before.
A guard picks the gate when signing in. One guard can be signed in on one terminal only, and the terminal can allow sign-in only from the network addresses, ranges, Wi-Fi names or internet providers you set.
The guard (or the visitor, from a QR code and a web form) registers who is visiting, with a photo, and picks the employee to meet. The employee answers in FaceConnect and the guard sees the answer at once, then checks the visitor in and out.
An employee makes a one-time invite code in FaceConnect and shares it. The visitor shows the code at the gate and the guard lets them in without waiting for an approval.
A returning visitor can ask for the saved face to be removed. The request goes to your administrator, who approves or rejects it, and the visitor can withdraw it meanwhile.
Name the gates of each branch and the purposes of a visit. Connect your own software with an API key to register visitors or receive the answers.
When someone asks to meet you, FaceConnect rings on your phone even when the app is closed. Approve or reject from the call screen, the banner, the notification or the list, and see the last three months of visitors.
When your administrator turns it on, mark IN and OUT with your face and your place inside the branch circle on the map. The phone only reports; the server decides, and the record joins the same panel.
Create a one-time code for an expected visitor, share it, and follow it in My invites.
Connect your Telegram chat to receive your attendance messages, and write to your administrator or the FacePass team from the app.
FaceConnect speaks English and Hindi, follows the light or dark theme, and shows your business's own logo when it starts.
See who is in, late or missing for today, this week or this month. Filter by branch, and export attendance, employees, branches and admins to Excel in one click.
Upload an Excel or CSV file of employees and FacePass checks, stages and imports it in parts, reporting every row it could not accept so you can fix it and retry.
Send a sync, push a message to every terminal, change thresholds and policies, or erase a lost terminal from the panel. Settings roll out to devices on their own.
Export everything as files at any time. If you leave, request deletion with a 72-hour grace period and a downloadable archive before anything is removed for good.
The scan log shows each camera, manual, card and phone-location record with its gate and a small photo of the person, kept for a limited time (90 days by default).
Send a message on every IN and OUT, when a day is complete, and as a daily or monthly summary, to the employee, the administrators or chosen people. Use e-mail, Telegram, or WhatsApp through Meta or Twilio, with the rules you design.
Send every e-mail of your business through your own mail server (SMTP). Until you set one, the FacePass server sends it.
FacePass knows each person's shift. It decides whether a scan is an IN or an OUT, ignores accidental double scans, and shows missing OUTs so HR can correct them with a reason.
Run any number of branches and terminals under one business, each with its own time zone. Administrators, viewers and guards each see only what their role allows.
Raise tickets and message the FacePass team from the panel or the terminal. Announcements, replies and attachments arrive in one inbox with a bell for anything new.
Put your business in maintenance and the terminals and every employee's FaceConnect show a full-screen notice and pause. The FacePass team can do the same for the whole platform.
An anti-spoof model and a blink check run before a face is accepted, which helps stop attempts with printed photos or phone screens. Sunglasses and head coverings can be blocked by policy.
Face data and photos are encrypted at rest. Business data is isolated per Tenant ID, sessions end when idle, and every important action is written to an audit log.
Try FacePass at your own gate. We will help you set up the first branch and terminal.
